Founder of Illuminate Wellness LLC - Mind Body Groups for teens , athletes & women. Credentials: BA in Psychology, Shippensburg University; Masters in Social Work, Univ of MD Baltimore; 30 hr certification course in Mind Body Medicine at Benson -Henry Institute, Harvard Medical School; Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
